Over the coming weeks, artists exhibiting in the Christmas Open will be talking about their work, either on their own or with other artists exhibiting.
Wednesday 29 November - Janie McLeod
We are delighted that Janie, who draws on the thinking and working practice of Abstract Expressionism will be joining us to talk about her work.
“What goes on the canvas is not so much about creating an image but more a process that seeks to show the immediacy and excitement of painting. Printmaking and mixed media work also offer an opportunity for an exploration of process.”
