Credu FREE Event!
Following the success of the Autumn Carers day, Credu are offering carers in Mid Wales a second opportunity to enjoy an Arts Relaxation day. Come relax, chat, listen, meet friends and be creative at Mid Wales Arts Centre, Caersws.
The day will start with tea/coffee/ cakes and biscuits and time to chat. Then there will be the chance to be creative with Clay, Printing, Music or Tai Chi
A homemade, healthy light lunch will be provided and you will have a chance to explore the art exhibitions, sculpture trails and gardens.
In the afternoon, there will be a second session giving you the opportunity to try another activity.
